1) Get lots of exercise

Exercise is one of the best ways that I can think of to instantly improve your emotional state. Furthermore, it is also a great way to improve your health. When you become healthier, you also become more confident. This will make you more attractive and it will help you in getting your boyfriend back.

2) Confide With Your Best Friend

Talking to someone will help you feel better. No keep everything in your heart. Let it out. Find a friend who is willing to listen to you without any judgment. Find a friend who is willing to listen without offering any solution. You main goal now is to let all the sorrow out, not to find a solution. The solution will come later.
